You! Whether you're a founder, engineer, designer, product manager, or a general tech enthusiast, you're welcome to connect with like-minded people on the snow.

What's it about? ​

By day you'll be reaching new heights on the slopes with the community.
By night there'll be learnings for your employment through talks, food, and networking events.

When is it? ​

The exact weekend will be decided with the help of everyone whose made a deposit!

How much is it? ​

In 2026, attendees roughly spent at most $1300 for 2 nights.
Expect to pay more for a 3rd night.
The final cost will depend on things like;

  • Whether you're able to tax deduct
  • Where you're travelling from
  • If you're renting gear
  • If you have a season pass
  • Number of attendees

Why deposit? ​

This helps us get the commitment we need to start organising the conference and to secure accommodation and venues at the most reasonable price we can get.

How much commitment does the conference need? ​

8 deposits will confirm running as great of an conference as the last.
More than that would mean running an even more awesome conference!

Is the deposit refundable? ​

Yes, until non refundable accommodation is booked, or if you've marked being unable to attend the dates for which the conference is run.

Is the deposits/tickets transferrable when not refundable? ​

Yes, if you can find someone else to take your place.

What if I can't find someone to take my place? ​

We'll refund you anything that hasn't been paid for.

How can I network before/after the conference? ​

All attendees are invited to join our Discord upon registration.

What experience is needed for the mountain? ​

We welcome everyone from secret olympians to beginners who've never seen snow!

Will I get my own bed? ​

Yes, unless you've specified you'd like to share with someone.

Will I get my own room? ​

Maybe, depending on availability, cost, and accommodation selection.

What if I want to organise my own accommodation? ​

The deposit will go towards your ticket price.
